This policy sets out the shipping, delivery, return, and refund conditions applicable to any order placed with Amino Vida Labs, based in the United States.
Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours after payment is confirmed. Every shipment is sent in discreet, careful packaging to preserve the confidentiality and integrity of the products.
Shipping costs are included in the displayed product price. Delivery times vary by destination and are provided for guidance only. Amino Vida Labs cannot be held responsible for any delay attributable to the carrier or postal services.
The Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring their order complies with the import regulations in effect in their destination country. Any customs duties, taxes, and formalities are the Buyer’s sole responsibility. Amino Vida Labs cannot be held responsible for any hold, seizure, or destruction of a package by customs authorities.
Given the nature of the products — research substances whose integrity cannot be guaranteed after shipping — no returns are accepted and the right of withdrawal does not apply, in accordance with the exceptions provided by applicable regulations.
A refund or reshipment may be granted on an exceptional basis in the following cases: a shipping error on our part, a product damaged on arrival, or a package that was not delivered. Any claim must be sent to us within 48 hours of receipt (or the estimated delivery date), together with supporting photographs, at support@aminovidalabs.com.
We are committed to reviewing every claim in good faith and seeking an amicable solution as quickly as possible. Failing an amicable agreement, any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United States.
