These Terms & Conditions of Sale govern all sales made on the Amino Vida Labs website, operated by Amino Vida Labs, based in the United States. Any order placed on the site constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms. Contact: support@aminovidalabs.com.
These Terms define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale, by Amino Vida Labs, of peptides and compounds intended exclusively for laboratory research. They apply to every order placed on the site, to the exclusion of any other terms.
All products are sold exclusively for scientific and laboratory research purposes (“Research Use Only”). They are neither medicines, dietary supplements, nor cosmetics. They are in no case intended for human or animal consumption, nor for any therapeutic, diagnostic, or food use. By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges acting as a qualified professional or researcher and assumes full responsibility for the handling, storage, and use of the products.
The Buyer declares that they are of legal age (18 or older), have full legal capacity to enter into contracts, and are purchasing the products in a strictly professional or research context. Amino Vida Labs reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that does not meet these conditions.
Prices are shown in US dollars ($). Amino Vida Labs reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are invoiced at the rate in effect when the order is confirmed. An order becomes final only after payment has been received in full.
Shipping costs are included in the displayed price unless otherwise stated. Delivery times are estimates only. The Buyer is solely responsible for complying with the import regulations of their country; any customs duties and taxes are the Buyer’s responsibility. Transfer of risk occurs when the package is handed over to the carrier.
Due to the nature of the products — research substances whose integrity cannot be guaranteed after shipping — and in accordance with applicable legal exceptions, the right of withdrawal does not apply. No returns are accepted once an order has shipped, except in the event of our error or a product damaged on arrival.
Amino Vida Labs cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from improper use of the products, in particular human, animal, therapeutic, or food use. The Buyer agrees to defend and indemnify Amino Vida Labs against any claim arising from such use.
Amino Vida Labs shall not be held liable for any failure to perform caused by an event of force majeure as defined by applicable law (natural disaster, strike, carrier failure, government restrictions, etc.).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United States, failing prior amicable resolution.
